Q: Are your products really all natural?
A: Yes! Every product is handmade in small batches using natural ingredients like plant oils, essential oils, herbal teas, and botanical extracts. No parabens, sulfates, or synthetic fragrances.
Q: Do your products contain preservatives?
A: Only when necessary. Products containing water or tea infusions are preserved with Optiphen Plus to ensure safety and freshness.
Q: How long do products last?
A: Most products are best used within 6–9 months. Store them in a cool, dry place, and avoid introducing water into jars to extend shelf life.
Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: At this time, we offer pre-formulated products only. However, we’re always evolving—sign up for our newsletter to hear about limited edition blends!
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet! We currently ship within the U.S. only.
